Inspection ready?

 

Utilities on. - Electric, water, gas.

           If the house is occupied, this usually is not a problem.   If vacant, check to be sure before ordering the inspection.    I may turn the water on if it is not locked, but, I will not turn on the gas nor the electric.  I cannot operate the appliances or fixtures that use the respective utility if it is not present.

 

           The other most common access problem is the attic access ladders that are located in the garage and cars or storage items block them from being opened.   I cannot properly inspect an area if it is not accessible.
