High-Velocity Fuel

STANLEY Inspection has a range of high-velocity burners fired by either LPG or diesel oil for the onsite heat treatment of large fabrications, pressure vessels, and temporary furnaces. Typical high-velocity fuel applications include caustic or sulfuric liquid storage tanks, reactor vessels, hydro-active vessels, LPG storage spheres, and steel furnaces.

The use of STANLEY Inspection high-velocity burners is an effective method of curing and driving out moisture from refractory materials. Working under carefully controlled conditions, we eliminate the risk of damage that can be caused by spalling and thereby extend the life of the refractory.
